It looks like you’ve finally made the tree lot.
Closer pics would be greatly appreciated.

  3. Vader129 Says:

I think it a cardboasrd cutout but atleast they are adding things :)

  4. JayC16 Says:

Yeah Vader, I know it’s cardboard but so is the Nativity backdrop.

  5. Ed McCray Says:

Do the backdrops come with each figure or a multi pack?

Will there be a new Frosty train too? It’s cool you’ve FINALLY made a Snoopy Train.

  6. Ed McCray Says:

Vader – I’ll leave this for you in this thread.

In regards to my question on PVC selections. Since the PVC’s come in box sets we could see anything included. It’s the one last area where fan favorites can be included. That’s why I asked about the eskimo. It would be included with Rudolph or Sam or whoever if in a smaller set and it would be in the huge 40.00 box set. That’s why I don’t see anything wrong with asking why we have never seen a PVC scale Eskimo.

Ed : By the same the tolken I asked about Harvest Peanuts figures and you jumped on me for that .. It a matter of what collector want and want is percieved by retailers as to what selsl. We each want things that most likely won’t or can ‘ t be made for one reason or another I believe across the lines ( and only Forever Fun really knows ) that each retailer has their top 3-4 major figurers that will be made . We can go around in circles on this iossue . I believe the finally people to decide what is to be made is the retailer and Forever Fun. We can give imput .
Jay : Of course you knew they were cardboard . Jim

  8. Ed McCray Says:

But Jim, it’s not the same thing. I didn’t jump on you. I just said they’ve answered about the harvest figures a few times now and besides it’s different than the PVC’s. With the PVC’s they have the ale no matter what is included. Since the Eskimo is the only one of the large figures not to be a PVC I wondered why that would be given the sales dynamics at work with PVC’s.

K-Mart here in Jersey started to put out the Peanuts figures.. They will carry the new size Charlie Brown with Tree.. Dressed in his yellow shirt . Snoopy with his dog house … Retail $12.99.. They were also carrying the 9 piece mini pagent set…

  10. TRDouble Says:

monarchmike mentioned the K-Mart sighting over in the top (and as outdated as every other blog) Rudolph blog post, so I finally hit K-Mart today to see all of the goodies that were out. Even if I hate that Christmas stuff gets put out before Halloween!

I guess I am spoiled, but after paying $6.99 for the CVS Halloween figures, I couldn’t pull the trigger on the $12.99 Charlie Brown or Snoopy. I’d at least like Snoopy’s doghouse, but not for $12.99. At least, not right now. I will wait and see who else puts out what.

  11. Vader129 Says:

I would buy the K-Mart Peanuts figure but they look too plain also the price point is too much . Will wait to see the price for the other figures .. Also obviously it the same figures for Halloween…
